In Nicaragua lake you can fish Guapotes, saw fish & who knows
you might spot our fresh water shark - the only one in the world!
While
in the Caribbean and Atlantic you can fish Marlin, dorado , sailfish
, wahoo, and other game species which are plentiful in deep offshore
waters. You will find that you don't have to venture far from the
coast to catch barracuda ,grouper & snapper. Our Crater Lakes
offer you also an opportunity to fish and enjoy ecotourism. Highlights
for fishing are : San Juan del Sur & Casares pacific beach,
Zapatera & Ometepe island in Nicaragua Lake & Corn
island in the Caribbean. Apoyo crater lake has a good
reputation as fishing spot.
